5Jan2017-Found out i have remaining money after transferring out, i initiated put options as follow:
Sell 1 WBA Jan17 80 Put - $1.21 x 100 shares = $121
Sell 1 WMT Jan17 68 Put - $0.63 x 100 shares = $63
Total Income for Dec is $685.76
Total Options Income for 2016 is $2517.44
Total Dividends Income for 2016 is $935.06.
Total Income generated for 2016 is $3268.50.($3327.16-2015, $4291.42-2014)
Portfolio Value : $55682.78 (31Dec2016) $47699.09(31Dec2015)
Thats a 16.73% increase from 2015.
Total Capital Outlay: $63000.
In Year 2015 Dividend rate for capital outlay was 2.04%. In year 2016 Dividend rate for capital outlay increase by 0.17% to 2.21%. Thats 8.33% growth rate. Im satisfy with the growth rate and if VALE was to breakeven, i will sell out and diver the cash to other companies. it will be able to generate a higher dividend income and also options income.
For year 2017 to end of 2018, things will grow slowly however by end of 2018, i hope to put more money back to investing.
